I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to assist my family with finding nearby food markets and clothing stores. The room was incredibly comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The diner across the road was also top-notch, offering delicious meals for both breakfast and dinner. Everything about this place was just awesome!

While the hotel's location is great, with easy access to various attractions, the ongoing construction outside was a bit of a downer. However, it didn't really affect our overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to Yankee Stadium or downtown without crossing any bridges or tunnels. The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful, providing bus timetables and directions for traveling to central New York. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of choices and there is a bar for evening drinks.

The room decor and amenities are outdated and in need of renovation.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Englewood for a business trip that lasted three nights. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. Firstly, the entire staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the highway and nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Additionally, Judy, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to assist me when I left some expensive luggage behind. She took immediate action to resolve the situation, even though it wasn't her direct responsibility. Lastly, I must mention the comfortable bed in my upgraded room, which made for a peaceful and restful night's sleep.

I highly recommend this hotel.

No complaints, it was dope! Appreciated the place, had a great stay for 5 nights. Central heating, TV and coffee/tea making equipment were available in my king room. The location was convenient in a pretty quiet area, very close to restaurant and stores, eateries and safe to for walking and the food market: D

Everything was great, had a really great stay for our business trip. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was outstanding and newly renovated with awesome bathrooms.

The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was fantastic and well-maintained. I enjoyed lounging there and soaking up the sun. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. I had a great stay at Crowne Plaza.

During my stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and made me feel valued as a guest. Additionally, the breakfast staff was incredibly attentive, providing excellent service and making sure that I had everything I needed for a delicious meal. The rooms were equipped with plenty of outlets, which was convenient for charging electronic devices. Furthermore, when I requested two rooms near each other, the hotel was able to accommodate my request and gave us rooms right across the hall from each other.

One slight drawback was that I had to pay for the coffee in the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient as I only had credit cards and they only accepted cash. It would have been helpful if they had made an exception and allowed me to charge it to my room. Another minor issue was that the TV's in the rooms were difficult to use. The "guide" button on the remote didn't work and the "TV GUIDE" channel showed listings that didn't correspond to the available TV service.

The hotel met all required needs, it was a very pleasant stay for our business trip. The rooms were brand-new, with private bathroom.

The room with awesome bathrooms. The hotel was in a marvellous location close to the George Washington Bridge and Manhattan and restaurant. Furthermore, on how to get to New York using public transportations.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it provided easy access to New York City without having to deal with bridges or tunnels. We were able to reach Manhattan in just 35 minutes by car via the GW bridge. Plus, there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby, making it super convenient for us to explore the area. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping. They always had a smile on their faces and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

A family-friendly hotel with outstanding food. Newly renovated, outstanding room with a private bathroom and a shower, hairdryers and towels. Comfortable bed, early check-in. Totally very pleasant stay for one night.

Good beds and central heating, TV and coffee/tea making equipment. Magnificent, convenient location in the downtown area. 20 minutes walk from central Englewood.

Not very helpful staff!

Great value buffet breakfast, helpful coin-operated washer and dryer, convenient fridge and microwave in room, comfortable bedding, updated rooms with walk-in shower.
